□ Step 3: On the screen displayed on the ZenMarket page you are redirected to, click 'Add to Cart' again. If necessary, enter details such as size, design, or other specifications of the product you wish to purchase in the description field.

□ Step 4: ZenMarket will receive your order and arrange the international shipment.

Cost:
In addition to the product price and domestic shipping fee, a proxy fee of 500 yen per item for ZenMarket,
as well as international shipping fees, are required.
However, purchases from our shop come with a special discounted fee of 300 yen instead of 500yen.

■配送日指定について

返品について
返品期限

返品送料
配送時の破損、不良品以外のお客様都合による返品については、原則お客様負担とさせていただきます。
不良品
配送時の破損、また不良品につきましては商品到着後7日以内にご連絡下さい。在庫確認後再送または返金対応いたします。
